Yesterday I ordered one Egg cheese koththu and one prawns rice and curry via pickme and I am regretting about my money. It is disgusting how they behave once I called them to ask not to do such things to its customers. The manager lady is very entitled and in a high and mighty attitude. Will never ever buy anything from this outlet again and would not recommend to anyone. I wish I could attach the photos here which I took of the food they sent me. People shpuld not do such things to other people's hard earned money.
Here's what happened. I asked not to add cabbage, green chilli and capsicum as I cannot eat them and not to add big chunks of carrot as my father cannot chew them well and my previous experience at Lunu mirisa, Karapitiya was also a nightmare.. I didn't tell them to omit carrot, leeks and onion. They didn't tell me at that moment that they don't add leeks, onion, shredded carrot to koththu. They had sent me a kothth u WITHOUT ANY VEGETABLE!!! JUST some pieces of roti, egg whites and a very little bit of cheese that I could hardly see. Can one eat such a thing??? They could have tell me what they are going to send me when I was placing my order.
Secondly, the prawns rice and curry. No gravy was there inside the parcel or given seperately. When we buy fish rice and curry from a restaurant they add fish gravy too as I have experienced before from Lunu mirisa at Boralesgamuwa. Why new rules here?? Just because they are new in the town.only four prawns were given and some of them hadn't been devained even. Luckily I checked before eating. Otherwise.. 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 There was a mango curry which was very sour and unnecessarily spicy which I had to throw away. No kochchi sambol was given as they have mentioned on pick me and quantity of Lunu miris given was not sufficient. Will never buy again and I don't recoment to anyone.
Accordinf to my previous experiences vegetable koththu and vegetable fried rice, rice and curry fish are alsonot tasty or qualitative.
It is such shame that Lunu Mirisa at Boralesgamuwa has to get the bad name from Karapitiya branch.
Will complain to...
