Its popularity spans across all areas.🎉

What truly sets Sahana apart is the consistently unique and good quality of its items.🎊 You can often identify its distinctive flavor profile immediately. The Butter Cake😋, in particular, is exceptionally good. While some may consider the prices slightly higher, I believe the cost is entirely justified by the premium, quality materials they use. They also maintain good hygiene and sanitation practices.👍

The experience is convenient: the service is self-service, but the staff is friendly, quick, and attentive.👍 Both dine-in and takeaway options are available. The selection is vast, including various short eats🫔, sweet items🍰, plain tea, milk tea,☕️ coffee, and other drinks🍸🍵. Vegetarian options are also available, and it is a kid-friendly spot, suitable for bringing young children.🧒

I ordered a hot Milo, paid the cash, and handed the bill to the kitchen. They told me to take a seat and assured me the drink would be brought to my table. I waited for about 45 minutes, but nothing was served. I approached one of the waitstaff to explain that I hadn’t received my order, and they assured me it would be brought soon. However, still nothing arrived.

Finally, I went back to the kitchen to inquire about my drink, only to be told they had no record of a hot Milo order. After some searching, I found my bill lying beneath a table and handed it to them. Only then did they make my drink. Despite the delay and inconvenience, I didn’t receive an apology from the staff.
