Domino's Pizza - Kurunegala — Restaurant in Sri Lanka

The quality of service we received at this restaurant was absolutely appalling. The chicken nai miris pizza we ordered had sparse toppings and a badly overcooked crust that resembled a burnt roti with mediocre toppings (pics attached). After contacting the store, they picked up the burnt pizza and delivered a new one, but unfortunately, it was overloaded with nai miris and an excessive amount of chilli cleverly hidden with a layer of cheese. As a result, I suffered from diarrhea.

The replacement pizza did not meet my expectations, and I was left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and ill, especially given the high cost of the order. When I reached out to the store manager, Chandima, to express my concerns and give them the chance to address the issues, she showed little interest in resolving the matter and suggested that I visit the store to get another pizza.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life, and I will not be returning to...

These days they have a promo called Christmas Combo which says it includes a large pizza but when you try to order it, they say the pizza included in the promo is a cheese pizza and if you want to add meat they demand you to pay an additional fee of Rs 199.If they are doing a promo they should specifically mention in the flyer the specifics. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Visited there around 8.30 pm and it was very hot inside and the door is also closed. We understand that they aretaking precautions due to covid but its not possible to dine-in inside at all. It’s very hot. It’s good to follow health guidelines but they shouldn’t do it in a way that is inconvenient...

Spent Almost Rs. 5000 and Got the Worst Meal Ever.

I ordered from Domino’s Kurunegala for the first time because I had a great experience at their Peradeniya Road, Kandy outlet. Sadly, this was a complete disaster. I spent almost Rs. 5000 on Chicken Lollipop (6 pcs), Pizza and BBQ Chicken Wings Biryani.

The lollipops were soggy, oily, and absolutely disgusting. The pizza base was terrible and the overall taste was so sour—probably due to the overwhelming tomato sauce. The biryani was bland and full of spices, with awful-tasting chicken. I lost my appetite after just a few bites. Totally not worth the money. Really disappointed and will never order from the Kurunegala...
