I recently used Google Maps to navigate to Pizza Hut in Kurunegala, and I have to say I was very impressed with both the accuracy of the directions and the overall experience. The interface was easy to use and navigate, and I appreciated the ability to save the location for future reference.

Customer care is poor here and service time consuming. On a Tuesday I visited on a promotion day for dinner, I was turned down by the counter saying that order would take 1 and half hours to be issued. I was visiting the outlet to have a pizza for dinner but not to waste the precious time. Next day I visited again with my friend for the dinner but on a non promotion day. There were a lot of customers were waiting but only one counter was accepting the order in a snail pace. Again we have to waste 30 od minutes to get the order.
