Millennium Food Center — Restaurant in Western Province

Do not use this place!! We used Uber Eats to order food from Millennium Food Centre. After waiting about 2 hours for the food to be delivered, we called them to ask where the food was. They said that the food was ready but there were no drivers to deliver the food. They didn't have the decency to call us to say that despite our phone number being on the order and only told us that the food won't be delivered after we phoned them. The woman who answered the phone was unhelpful and just said that it was not their problem and shared Uber Eats merchant number with us and washed her hands of the problem after doing so. A few minutes later she called me (having mistaken me for a different customer) and asked me why I didn't collect my food. Half way during the conversation, she realized that I was the same person she had spoken to earlier and she put the phone down on us. We then called Millennium Food Centre again to ask her name and she did not come to the phone. Instead she got a male colleague to answer the phone. When we asked the male colleague for the female's name, he made several excuses and refused to give her name. We then asked for his name saying we wanted to make formal complaints about them both and he too ended up putting the phone down on us. What customer service ! How rude are these people! NEVER EVER WILL WE USE THEM AGAIN and I discourage anyone else from...

Millennium Foods is simply superb! If you’re a food lover, this place is a must-visit. The dishes served here are arguably the best in town – packed with flavor, always fresh, and incredibly satisfying. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a full meal, the taste and quality never disappoint. What’s even better is that the food is very reasonably priced, making it a great spot for both daily eats and special treats without hurting your wallet.

The staff here deserve a special mention too – they are always friendly, welcoming, and quick with their service. You genuinely feel taken care of, which adds to the overall pleasant experience.

However, there’s one major downside: the parking. Or rather, the complete lack of it. There’s literally no dedicated parking space available. You’re left to park on the roadside, and during busy traffic hours, it becomes a real hassle. Finding a safe spot to park can be stressful, and sometimes it’s just not worth the trouble.

Update 2025.05.27: The chicken mixed fried rice and the set-menu egg noodles were great! However, the mushrooms seemed to be cooked in old oil, which gave off an unpleasant smell.

Update: 2024.12.24: The chicken nasi goreng was excellent. Fresh, hot and delicious as always.

Update: 2024.10.15: Ordered seafood fried rice via Uber Eats, and it took over an hour to arrive. The Uber rider mentioned that online orders through Uber/PickMe are given less priority. It would be better if they followed a first-come, first-served approach. Anyway, the rice was delicious, though it would be perfect with a bit more spice.

Update: 2024.09.27: Ordered mixed fried rice. Delivered within 30 minutes. It was hot and fresh, delicious as always ❤. Nice portion. Keep it up!
