The Fab — Restaurant in Western Province

Yesterday afternoon me & friend went to this outlet and this is not our first visit. We ate more than 2k and stayed there for little longer. I'm not gonna complain about their food it was ok. But While we were sitting there I heard that their manager ( Sachini ) telling her crew that " those girls are sitting there for long and they are going to sleep aren't they gonna leave ?", I literally heard that & we didn't want any trouble there because we were busy with our work and we left that place immediately. That is not what we expected from fab, it's like we're staying there for free, we went there for buy something to eat not to pay for their ATTITUDE. I'm literally very disappointed with their freaking service and specially about that manager lady with her inappropriate behaviour. Extremely poor service!

Suggested my cousin to get the engagement cake seeing their neat cake work. My cousin has made and advance payment but Fab has apparently missed the order and my cousins did not have the cake on their engagement day.

How can a reputed place like Fab miss an order? It’s pure mismanagement! Extremely disappointed and would not take a chance on these kind of companies with poorest customer service.

This’s the second incident with Fab. Once before Fab Castle Street missed my birthday cake order 😅 shows their consistency of bad order management and service.

Situated on the Kiribathgoda main road this fab is more spacious than most of their outlets. But as with the others, parking space is very limited.

There were only a few short eats left and they seemed to have no plans to put up more for the many customers that came in. Maybe they wanted to finish everything that was already there even though the rolls looked old and soggy.

Staff members were more keen on chatting with each other rather than serving their customers. Except for the cashier, the other two staff members that were there at that time spoke rudely and with an I -don't -care attitude.
