Born and raised in China, I always crave Chinese food when I visit family in ovik. We came for a Chinese lunch buffet. Lunch costs 115kr per person, but they did charge 75kr for my 2-year-old who basically didn't eat anything (not sure whether it's the norm here). Buffet food selection includes: sushi bar, salad bar, hot stir fry dishes and various fried items. They also have a freezer with ice creams. I particularly like the tofu dish and the sweet & sour pork, which reminded me of home. Salad dishes are also solid (and I recommend the seaweed salad which is so good). Environment-wise, I noticed that they hang photos from different places of China on the wall, each with a small China map on the photo to explain where it was taken. I really like this - great way to showcase the beautiful landscape this country has to offer. I have to point out that Chinese food is so much more than this, but I appreciate the effort. Read morePrövade deras lunchbuffe idag (fredag). Trots att det sitter folk och äter (5-6pers) och det kommer folk som vill äta så fylldes buffen knappt på, så det va barskrapat på flera saker.
Jag satt där i lite drygt en timma och under hela den tiden så var det bara rester kvar utav ett par saker, t.o.m en så pass enkel sak som glasnudlarna.
Det som fanns att äta var okej, inget exceptionellt på något vis men helt okej.
