The waiting times are just insane. I waited one hour for my meal! One ** hour!!! Can you imagine? That is supposed to be fast food? You get your food faster by going shopping and prepare your meal at home. Moreover, the burgers are dry. They look like smashed and prepared without any sense of aesthetic appeal.
