Waited for 40 minutes for the starters and 1h for the mains. The waiter told us that there had been a miscommunication for the starters and that our order had been “squeezed” between another order of a larger table and that’s why we had to wait for so long for the mains. She offered to give us complimentary desserts but we declined. We then finished our food and wanted to get the bill. Waited for someone to come by so that we could ask for it but ended up having to waive to get the waiters attention. When the bill arrived they had made no effort to redeem the extreme waiting time (which was acknowledged by both them and us) - no discount and no items removed from the bill. The door was honestly great, meat was succulent (brisket was a bit overcooked for my taste but just a bit). The short ribs were very succulent. 3 small downside the sweet potatoes fries were too salted!!! Second when you serve such an amazing meat a side a bit more BBQ style ( azenberg potatoes, corn on the hob, or just japaneos) would be so much better than boring fries... The last and this is I guess due to Sweden, but a better choice of beer... Beer were boring and not firing a good BBQ, the Newcastle brown ale is not worth such a good meat. Read some comments about the prices .. but 300kr for brisket or short ribs is not surprising nor expensive ... Was not chocked by the bill at the end.... Would definitely...

All the grills standing around in the backyard match the BBQ concept, but could at least be kept neat and clean. Eventually a translation of the menu in English would be a great idea to make the restaurant a little more...
