Terrible Service, Ruined the Experience!

I visited this Indian restaurant today, hoping to enjoy a nice vegetarian thali, but the experience was absolutely disappointing. As soon as we arrived, we had a few questions about the dishes in the thali. Unfortunately, the staff member ( a girl ) assisting us seemed clueless—she had no idea about the menu and had to keep running to the kitchen to ask bit by bit .

Not only was she uninformed, but she was also incredibly rude. Instead of politely answering our queries, she acted irritated and dismissive. The worst part? After we finally ordered the thali, she went to the kitchen and complained about us, saying, “They are asking so many questions and just ordered a thali!” I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in a restaurant before.

While the food itself was decent, the awful service completely ruined the meal for us. A restaurant is not just about food; it’s about hospitality, and this place failed miserably in that regard. I would not recommend it unless they seriously improve their staff training and...

Experience was too bad here!! It started from the way she received, it was in high tone and started asking questions as if we are new to enter a restaurant!. We were three people, we thought so many items and order together but we had some confusion on order and one of my friend asked could you please “repeat”, this word I don’t know what made her to think she started saying in high pitch “no one here in Sweden ask to repeat “. I don’t think so we asked anything wrong but her response started comparing Sweden to my home country and people from here to there. I think she completely lost. We felt very bad for the way she treated us and in the meantime, we were thinking to leave the place by then she served Lassi but we thought to leave the place anyway before getting embarrassed more. She started repeating same above and made us to pay though we haven’t had anything. This is really rude the way she treated. They made us feel very unwelcome and rushed us out. We ordered dinner at 21:20 and they close at 22:00, they asked if we wanted to eat in or have takeout. We said eat in, and ordered beer while we waited. They brought the food out as to-go at 21:35 and wanted us to leave. When we said we had asked to eat there, they said it was too late and the cook was upset and seemed like we were getting in the way of him leaving early. We still had beer so we asked if we could have utensils and we could just eat there. The cook ended up glaring at us as he left around twenty minutes before close and we rushed to be finished before 22. It was very uncomfortable and rude. If you say you are open until 22 and someone orders food 40 minutes before closing, that shouldn’t be a problem. Or if it is, you should say before they pay that the kitchen is already closed for the night. It was really...
