Pizza Hut Heron City — Restaurant in Huddinge kommun

I’ve tried several pizza places in Stockholm, but my experience at the Heron City location was by far the worst. The service lady was extremely rude and unprofessional, with a clear lack of basic customer service skills. She behaved with an unacceptable attitude, as if serving customers was a burden.

Not only was she unfriendly, but she also seemed uninterested in taking our order properly and made no effort to be polite or welcoming. The overall atmosphere felt tense and unpleasant due to the staff’s behavior.

Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Heron City needs to seriously reconsider its hiring and training standards if it wants to...

Went there for a friday buffe. Place was very crowded. It was a busy evening on a salary day, most of the people got salary on that day. Naturally it was a busy evening. On top if that there was a birthday party going on. Kids screaming shouting and running here and there. It was a real chaos in the restaurant. Had long que for pizzas. Buffet was not filled up properly. Had to wait for 20 minutes for thin crusted chicken Hawai pizza. Cold and tasteless garlic breads and chicken wings were too salty to eat. It is a decent sized restaurant. Will try their lunch buffe. Hope that it would be less crowded...

Went here during the weekend. Poorly managed, severely understaffed. Felt horrible for the employees doing 5 tasks at the same time, constantly running back and forth, breaking plates in the process, not a single moment to take a break. Took very long for our food to arrive, tables were gross and sticky because nobody had time to clean them. Cutlery not available because it still needed to be cleaned. We were charged twice because something went wrong with the payment on their end. Once the food arrived it was very good and the staff, despite everything, tried to remain friendly...
