Miss Sara — Restaurant in Hudiksvalls kommun

Just another disappointment in Hudiksvall. We had some hopes for the new restaurant Miss Sara. It looked nicely and professionally decorated and the menu was promising. In fact it was a disaster. Carpaccio as a starter turned out to be dried ham. Yes, you read correctly, HAM. Carpaccio, of course, is always high quality beef that has been frozen and cut in paper thin slices. Nobody in his right mind would ever serve dried serrano ham and call it carpaccio. The rest was equally bad. What the menu called "tapas" was nothing of the kind. For instance, deep fried potatoes turned out simply to be boiled potatotes with skin that had been lightly fried. A complete disaster. Avoid this awful restaurant...

We looked to see the times the restaurant was open before going there. It said 11-15. We got there 12 o’clock and it was shut. Other people turned up as well. Very nice and smart! Totally different from an Italian restaurant. At lunch there are 3 different choices. Then you can take salad and vegetables yourself. Also coffee, milk and dessert are free at a self service table. The price is perfect...
