I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Hut in Jonkoping, Sweden, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations on multiple fronts. From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer.

This franchise is one of the best in the world, unfortunately I can't say nothing much complimentary about the specific restaurant. Upon arrival there was no staff to greet us for at least 20 seconds, when the server came there was no smile and no talk. We asked for English menu and the had it! +1 in this case, - 1 for having 'cheese wings 6pcs' instead of cheese triangles. They replicated this item on the menu. We were able to choose our seats, the waitress didn't explain how to order either. All confused we sat down and there was a leaflet saying how to order through app. It was completely useless so I went to the bar to order. Again, the waitress was lifeless. In fact, all the staff were lifeless, the mood and atmosphere were horrible. We assumed there are some team issues. Back to the food. The salad station was laughable. 10 items of salad, really? Even kebab stand has more than that. 3 dressing. No fried onion, bacon, nothing like that. It was disasterous. The salad was dry, nobody taught the staff to toss it around once in a while so it stays looking fresh so we did it for them. The dressings had a dry crust on the edges of the pot! The one star is for the pizza itself, it was delicious. We had the kebab pizza with cheese stuffed crust. The owner of this restaurant should visit other pizza huts especially in England or the States to get the real idea of what pizza hut should look like, offer and how the staff should behave. At the end I went for a pizza box and one young man asked me how my meal was and very pleasant. One staff was somewhat in a good mood and energetic. Let's be honest! It's all about Kebab pizza in JKPG. I absolutely like it, yet, sometimes having a break makes sense (which means you either go to the Italian restaurant at the city or to Pizza hut) - and we chose the later as our hearts said "try some pan pizza".

We went there during the evening. There was only one staff in the front, and honestly saying, she is one of the best waitress I have met thus far. We ordered two pizzas including one pizza meal and the large snack box. The delivery was fast, and by mistake they baked a medium pizza instead on small one - for which they didn't even charge as otherwise they would have to through it anyway. The food was fine (the dough could be a bit less oily) and the snack box was crispy too - perhaps, the chicken wings could be a bit more seasoned?

But remember the waitress? She was going to all table, and asking whether everything was fine, whether anyone need anything else while maintaining a good social distance. We couldn't finish our portions, and when asked, she was very generous in bringing a takeaway box and offering to pack for us. Very good service! Much...
