Le Borgate — Restaurant in Linköpings kommun

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to this restaurant. We specifically came for the pizza (Primavalle), which we used to love, but it was a complete letdown. The crust was overly greasy, and the entire pizza was dripping with oil. It was so heavy and unbalanced that we couldn’t enjoy the flavors at all.

To make things worse, both of us felt extremely nauseous afterward—it was like eating a pile of grease instead of the light, flavorful pizza we remembered. It’s shocking how far the quality has dropped. Sadly, I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

It’s unfortunate to see a place I once loved fall so short of expectations. I hope they can bring back the quality and experience that made them special, but for now, I wouldn’t...

The food tastes good. However, you will pay almost 200kr for a pizza without seeing much meat/sausage. The soft drink is a very small portion too for the price charged. I think it is a bit expensive. Maybe it is so everywhere in Sweden?

The table outside is small because they want to put as many as possible? We are four and almost no place for plates and drinks.

The service is good but just the staff is not good at Swedish. And I wasn't given the receipt before I was asked to pay.

If you go there is better to check the ingredients of the menu in your plate but I do not recommend! Very upset with the order to go that we made. After wait very long for 2 simple pizzas, the Marguerita (that is only sauce, cheese and basil) comes with just 3 small basil leaves. I receive basically sauce and so little cheese. The other pizza Il Fico (supposed to be fig and gorgonzola cheese) is very expensive but comes with no gorgonzola and a discreet fig trail that’s was not even half fig!
