ChopChop Asian Express — Restaurant in Lund Municipality

Ordered chopchop via foodora delivery fee of 99kr. After an OK delivery time of around 55 minutes I got the food, but they had forgotten to pack 2 out of 8 meal items, even though it was on the receipt on the bag.

When I called the restaurant to inquire about this the answer was "we can't guarantee that you get the food you order. It is not supposed to happen but it has been a stressful day and we can't do anything about it now. You have to ask for a refund from foodora for those items".

Their customer policy is downright outrageous. The food we actually got to taste was good though.

The way they handled the situation after their mistake has made me and the other 4 guests decide not to order from here again. They don't own up to their mistakes and can't guarantee that you get what you order...

Great food as always at ChopChop. It never disappoints.

This brunch was not as great as others. The layout of the restaurant was a bit weird, only a few tables downstairs and bigger seating areas upstairs. Two toilets and elevator. No drive through.

We waited for the food longer than usual but did not mind. The cashew chicken was a bit cold already but overall the food was amazing.

It is a chain, almost like fast food, but they appear to do their job rather well. The food may not be gourmet level, but it is better than in many little Asian restaurants dotting the Swedish landscape.
