A hidden gem in Lund and so happy they have delivery too now. Their pho is so good - the broth is hearty, the soft pulled beef is plentiful, and their portions are so generous. We easily share a bowl of pho between the two of us. The chasiu pork bao buns are really good too. The teriyaki beef bao is a bit of a hit or miss because the flavors are all there but the beef itself arrived cold and a bit on the tough side. I'd assume that they are delicious when its served warm and fresh. The crispy pork belly bun is also really good when its fresh and warm but reheating it in the microwave is not recommended. We ordered the Bún bò xào and Bún thịt nướng, along with a spring roll, and everything was spot on. The beef and pork were perfectly marinated - flavorful, tender, and grilled just right. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to go! The dish is delicious ( my food was póke bowl chicken ) and the portion is just right to leave you full. The lunch menu is only 120kr and it includes free water, coffee and fruit syrup mix with water. Plenty of choices from pork, beef, chicken or vegetarian.
