Robertos Restaurang & Pizzeria — Restaurant in Mörbylånga kommun

I’m from the US now living in Kalmar… we have visited many restaurants in the area and I have to say that the service and staff at Robertos is the best we’ve experienced! Extremely friendly and accommodating ,not to mention the delicious food . The fresh mini salad bar is outstanding ..pizza (cabbage ) salad , cucumber tomato salad , homemade garlic dressing kalamata olives, bread and fresh feta .. ( some of the best I’ve ever eaten .) They usually have a lunch special .. consisting of two choices for around $10 which includes a beverage and salad bar . The menu is quite extensive with ala carte choices like fantastic schnitzel (pictured)and much more. Extensive pizza menu . Outside seating is available and lovely . Really nice staff, always greats you with a smile, hard and fast working. however the pizzas could be better, they are running with fat and not to generous on the toppings. The kebab is decent and so is most of the A'la carte

During rush you get to wait up to 45min. So make sure to order ahead. This is not the restaurants fault, since it's the only pizzeria in the city. And there in lies another problem the seats are always full since there aren't to many restaurants here.

For some reason they have slot machines in the middle of the dining room, which lowers the atmosphere a bit.

Jättetrevlig personal och god pizza. Det var andra gången jag åt mat härifrån idag. Förra gången tog vi gyros i bröd takeaway. Rekommenderar verkligen att äta på plats i stället. Jag såg idag att du får godare sallad om du äter där på tallrik än om du tar med. Idag delade vi på en pizza, en Robbans Special. Den var jättegod. Absolut inget att klaga på. Tunn och fin botten med krispiga och goda kanter. Färska champinjoner på (så mycket godare än burkchampinjoner!). God vitlöksost och gott med rivna inlagda vitlökar. Överlag en väldigt god pizza helt enkelt!

Pizzasallad och dressing fick man hämta själv och äta innan eller till pizzan. Jag personligen vill gärna ha lite röd paprika i min pizzasallad, det hade de inte, det var bara en helt klassisk pizzasallad gjord på bara vitkål. Hade gärna fått finnas lite oliver, fetaost och kanske lite brödbitar att välja på också.

Priserna ser ni i bilderna på menyn. De tog inget extra betalt för att vi var två som ville dela på pizzan.

Lite fräschare toa, lite billigare pizzor och en snäppet bättre salladsbuffé så skulle det blivit fem stjärnor i stället för fyra. Kan absolut tänka mig att...
