Tornet Pizza — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

Avoid. Far from the top rated, best in town, pizzeria this was only a couple of years ago, this place has become one of the absolute bottom choices. After being a customer for over 10 years I have recently held hope but have now understood that the decline in every kind of quality is not temporary.

Things to look forward to ordering from Tornet Pizza these days, sometimes all but always some: 90+ minute delivery time Incorrect status of your food if you call to find out what's taking so long Cold pizza Pizza sloppily thrown together with an uneven spread of ingredients Tasteless ingredients Pizza where all ingredients have shifted to one end like it's been carried vertically Pizza burnt in one end and undercooked in another Missing (expensively paid for) extra ingredients Missing drinks Missing sauces Meeting the delivery person...

I ordered pizza from here, and because it took a long time I called them. Someone answered, but instead of greeting me, i could hear them talking to each other for at least 2 min... THEN they finally said hi... I was told my pizza was ready and it was with the delivery guy, so they told me to go down to receive it in 2 minutes. I did as they said, but ended up waiting 15 min out in the dark until the delivery guy showed up. The delivery guy was kind at least... It took me more than an hour to get my pizza order all in all. It was on a weekday around midnight, so they weren't even busy. I also only live a 2 min car ride away from the pizzeria. I could accept 40-50 min from ordering to receiving the pizza, but more than an hour?! Their pizza is good, but their service is horrible

This used to be my favorite pizzeria but in the last few months it went down. They have put a weird green sauce on my greek salad although I wrote in the comments to not put any sauce. It ended up straight in the trash, unfortunately. It was just awful. Now I paid 31 kr extra for mozzarella and grilled peppers and I didn't get any of them on my pizza.
