Moogi Sushi & Wok — Restaurant in Nacka kommun

TLDR: The wok dishes are good and well seasoned, the sushi is fine, the poke bowl sucks due to lack of rice, and the rice you get with wok dishes is very cheap.

Their wok dishes are good with the beef dishes having some of the softest beef I've had in some time with them being well seasoned, the only downside of the wok dishes being that the rice you get is cheap and not nearly as good. I wish more places bought better rice as the price of higher quality rice isn't that much more expensive per plate and it lifts the quality of the entire dish. The basil med biff which was actually somewhat spicy, a nice surprise for Sweden as most 'spicy' food I cannot feel any spice. The yakiniku skewers were good but a bit of a letdown as I know exactly what skewers they bought and can make them at home so I won't be getting those in the future. The sushi is fine, nothing stands out about it. I have yet to have a good poke bowl in Sweden and here it's the same with you getting not remotely...

The fried egg was the only big disaster that tasted terrible. It was fried so much till it became flat and hard.

Apart from that, the beef Bibimbap was a big serving of beef in Yakiniku sauce on rice with fresh lettuce slices and pickled vegetables. The taste is not authentically Korean but there was a small amount gochujang (Korean chili paste) that helped this dish taste ok and...

Nyöppnat. Tjejen (ensam stackare) verkade allmänt trött på sitt jobb (sa typ ingenting), så servicen får 1/5. Fullt med ej avdukade bord, inga klädhängare till blöta kläder, slut på skålar till misosoppan osv.

Maten:

Moogi rulle (friterad): slabbig fettbomb (friterad, jag vet…). Betyg 1 max 2/5, ändå ganska gott men enformigt trist.

Nigiri mix: 3/5

Nigiri lax: 2/5, lite sladdriga bitar o riset höll inte ihop bra.

Bra med en ny kvarterssushi, men måste förbättra sig. Känns fanns oambitiöst. Qopla finns men tyvärr ej aktivt.

Plus för stor/rymlig handikappanpassad toalett m skötbord. Dock slut på toapapper, vilket kändes ganska symptomatiskt...
