Lingonfabriken — Restaurant in Norrköpings kommun

The lunch deal costs 139 SEK and consists of a main dish + side + a glass of water or cider or apple juice + dessert + a plate from the salad bar.

The girls working there are friendly but there is a logistical problem - the tool with which the small cakes are handled (the dessert that is part of the lunch combo) has no glass or base to stand on.

On the 20th March an employee brought in the plate with the small cakes on it and the tool that is used to pick them up with.

The second she laid the plate on its assigned place the tool fell on the floor. I was 3 meters away and wanted to pick it up when someone accidently stepped on half of it without noticing it had fallen on the floor.

I picked it up and handed it over to the employees and in a matter of five seconds a girl placed the tool back in its place.

I really hope the tool she brought was a new one and not the one that had been on the floor but I was not going to take the chance and picked the cake with my hands.

Much as I appreciate the relaxed approach in Swedish businesses I think it doesn't take a genius to realise that when a scissor like tool is placed on a crowded plate there is a good chance it will slip on to the desk that is cleaned with chemicals or onto the floor (the worst case scenario).

The portion is generous but it came with a "Greek Salad" which is odd seeing we are in March and tomatoes are tasteless.

The cheese in the salad was definitely not feta cheese and why even have a salad accompanying the main dish when there is a salad bar that has basically the same...

Jag är faktiskt riktigt besviken, för det första så är ingen som välkomnar när man kommer in. När man väl kom så får man hitta bord själv. När man väl hittat ett bord så var det skitigt, kladdigt och rent av vidrigt. Försökte hitta ett annat men alla var likadana. Ingen som försöker komma och rengöra borden. Maten som vi beställde till barnen för 65 kr styck var mikrat mat från Findus. Maten till de vuxna var helt okej men håller inte alls den kvalitet som hade förväntat sig till prisklassen. Dessutom är det ingen bordsservering, vilket är hutlöst dåligt. Det är en nog sista gången jag rekommenderar stället...

Det är faktiskt en lunchrestaurang så förvänta er inte jättesköna stolar, vi var där under After Work. Maten är jättegod! Pommesen är några av de bästa i stan! Passa på att pröva deras egen Dressing med lingon i, jag beställde kyckling med pommes och tzatziki(den var jättekrämig och fin), salladen kunde få ha haft lite mindre vinäger, jag har tidigare provat mig igenom Lingonfabrikens hamburgare och de är jättesaftiga och goda, brödet är inte genomflottigt trots att de stekt på i flott vilket är bra,...
