Good atmosphere, untrained staff, bad food. Ordered shrimp as main course and got them in a soup bowl covered with just olive oil and chili, no herbs or anything else. Ordered entrecote medium rare and was served it well done, same thing for the person i was dining with. After sending it back it came in the temperature I wanted but it wasn't grilled as it says on the menu, it was seared in a pan on one side and not the other. Also it says that the bearnaise sauce that comes with the entrecote is home made but it tasted exactly the same as the one I buy at the local grocery store. Overall, really poor food standards, had to wait a long time before they took my order but not a bad atmosphere. Had dinner last Friday with family at 18:00. The lady at the door was kind enough to accommodate us outside to the only table available, as we did not book ahead. She worn us about the sun but we were happy to be in the sun spot. Food came relatively fast considering they were busy and the wine glass came along with the food. Attentive service with minor mistake: the waitress spilled ice on me while serving lemonade and it was removed from the bill which was appreciated. I had the full size moules frites which were good, I would have appreciated better selection of bread as side (usually it comes with grilled bread to dip in the sauce). Food was good but not exquisite. The service was a joke, but only if you have a very good sense of humor. We waited 12 min before anyone acknowledged us. Then we ordered White wine. It was served unchilled, without any finess and no opportunity to taste it. The waitress then totally left us hanging when we got our order.
