Espresso House Södertälje is my go-to spot, especially in the afternoons when I need a quiet place to work or just relax. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with soft background music that creates the perfect setting for focus or unwinding. It’s never too crowded, so you can always find a comfortable seat—whether you’re settling in with your laptop or catching up with friends.

The coffee is great, though I recently noticed a darker roast than usual. While I personally prefer a slightly lighter roast, it’s still well-balanced and enjoyable. The selection of pastries and food is impressive—you’ll almost always find what you’re craving.

I usually come here on Fridays or some weekdays after work, and it’s become a regular meeting spot for me and my friends. It never feels too commercial or rushed, which makes it a refreshing place compared to other coffee chains.

I've had plenty of mediocre experiences here and the waiting time is always long even when there are no other customers in the shop. This morning when I ordered an Iced Chai and not only did the barista have to remake it (because she broke the plastic cup just as she finished the drink) but when she gave me the drink it wasn't even mixed... I had to blend it myself with the straw, and she hadn't used enough (or not hot enough) water to blend so it was all clumpy and didn't mix well so it was mostly stuck to the bottom of my cup. It took me a lot of effort to actually get the flavour and not just plain milk.. I've given this place several chances but this was just unprofessional – the drink wasn't up to standard and she knew it...

Popular café in the center of Södertälje. Good variety on the drinks and food, not so many different coffees though. It attracts all ages, probably because the place looks extremely good. Do not forget to check the bottom floor as well. On the bad side, on rush hours you are going to wait in the queue to order for a bit, and the toilet is just not enough for such capacity.
