TESO SUSHI — Restaurant in Södertälje kommun

The food is really great,although not everytime you get the same quality. We always order take away and always we get what we ordered until yesterday. My husband always picks up, but yesterday I went for the first time. The lady there was VERY NOT nice. I even would say rude and impolite. There is a saying 'The customer is always right'.... I gues the Staff working there doesnt know that. Because when I went to pick up it appeared that there is no such order. More over she wanted me to go away and treated me like some lowly beggar. After calling to their other restaurant, asking her colleagues and on the whole making a scene she agreed to accept my order AGAIN. I don’t understand why the restaurant got 4.6 stars on google map. All the fish on the sushi and sashimi mix are not fresh, except salmon. Western herbs and salad dressing on sushi, which is really strange. Ramen is strange with strange ingredients. Beef rice is strange with strange ingredients such as pickled vegetables, cut salad leaves and a lot of salad dressing. The beef is so dry. By the way. The table need deep cleaning. It is so oily and sticky. You can see on the picture that there are a lot of clothing fibers sticking at the edge of the table. Maybe it is Creative idea to mix Japanese food with western ingredients , but I was So disappointed. I feel the food...

I absolutely love the design, furniture and cozy lighting in here. However, what would make this place more welcoming is changing music playlist to subtle Asian-themed ambient, like Takashi Kokubo, Hiroshi Yoshimura, Yoshihiro Kanno, Nanae Yoshimuro. I feel that eating sushi with pop music blasting loudly doesn't align with the serene dining experience sushi aficionados seek.
