I found the tables needed a good wipe, ended up wiping my own table after the lobby member just walked past the table which was obviously in need of a clean I did try and catch his attention but I guess I wasn't loud enough in my words excuse me. other than that the food was nice, as we was cleaning up and putting our rubbish in the bin I noticed the bin was not as it should be it had ants crawling all over it and the same member of lobby staff seaming to wiping around them which I found disgusting and unusual for this particular max usually has an incredibly high standard..... yes, I am aware that in one breath, I complain about the tables, but that is something that should be checked on regularly. I'm marking max down...

Ordered coffee and cake. Waited, received only cake as coffee machine was broken.Got a refund for no coffee. Decided not to have the cake but was told it's too late as they put ice-cream on the cake. I did not accept their poor choice of not taking responsibility. If coffee is not available then you should not be able to order it and they should absolutely inform you if you want just the cake before they serve it. Vad har hänt med Max? Sveriges godaste hamburgare? Nä, snarare Sveriges äckligaste hamburgare! Hamburgaren var inte ens pissljummen och såg alldeles sönderstekt och torr ut. Undrar hur länge den hade legat på otillräcklig värme och gottat till sig med bakterier. Gick tillbaka med den och bad om att få strips istället. Det gick inte för sig. En ny hamburgare eller pengarna tillbaka gick att ordna. Varför skulle jag vilja ha en ny kall och äcklig hamburgare? Och pengarna tillbaka? Behövde fortfarande få i mig mågon middag så tänkte att pommes fick duga. Det lär man åtminstone inte få matförgiftning av. Men nej det gick ju inte alls ordna. Gick därifrån måttligt irriterad. Efter en stund kommer en från personalen ut med pommes. Jag brukar gilla salt. Men dessa var dränkta med salt! Sista gången jag äter på Max!! Tacka vet jag Frasses eller Korvgubben där man får en varm...
