I'm not someone who usually writes negative reviews, but I was quite surprised when we were told the barista machine was 'not working'—a full 30 minutes before closing. I get that staff want to wrap up and head home, but being dishonest about it felt awkward and unnecessary.

Just 10 minutes before closing, four more customers came in eager to order something, only to be turned away.

Seen this place for awhile but only decided to try it out recently. The decoration is modern and cozy, comfortable chairs and sofas. Foods and drinks are good, the same as everywhere here I suppose. But what impressed me the moment I walked in was the staff, so so helpful and smiley. I was being well taken care of all the time until I left. Definitely come back for more. Service 11/10. Check it out when you’re around!

Had the worst experience! Gf asked for a brownie and a pistachio ice-cream. We ended up not getting the brownie because the server said it was still frozen and I got the dispenser cup with ice-cream. And the person who came to ask for what we wanted couldn't...
