Chose ramen for lunch, the vegetarian option. Despite an appealing bowl arrange, I was really disappointed with how the taste experience turned out. Very monotonous and uninteresting taste. Did I choose the wrong ramen? To be revealed!

The decor is inspired by Japanese restaurant culture, but when it all come together, it is unfortunately too bare and harsh. Although I can be impressed by the will and the attempt, I still think it feels a bit "form at the expense of comfort". I understand that the choice of furniture and the design should make the dining experience authentic, but convenience is more important to me. Great bowls and spoons. 👌🏼🍜

This is located at street level in a corporate high building and most customers are expected to be lunch guests, but I can certainly imagine that Ai Ramen also has customers from the residential buildings in the area.

I think it is daring of the owners to bet on niche food. 👏🏼👊🏼 I will visit Ai Ramen one more time to try the Donburi...

I love Ai Ramen Sofia. Would go as far to say that it’s my favourite restaurant ever! Always bring my friends there and we all seem to have the same opinion.

That’s why this place baffled me. The marinated eggs felt like a cheap knock-off over the ones over att Sofia, and the soup? Don’t even get me started. The soup was WAY too salty. Like double as much as over at Sofia. Really, this wasn’t even an okay ramen. Makes me sad that it’s the same restaurant chain but is so far from the original taste I’ve come to love.

You can do better. I really hope this place can live up to Sofia. Just compare the recipe and procedure to the ones you have at Sofia and I’m sure this place can excel.

Personally I would recommend a i ramen kita for a various number of reasons. Firstly the beautiful yellow menu intrigues with it's simplicity with only 7 choices. Makes it so simple for someone to choose. Secondly the amazing sous vide 63 degree egg and pork so tender it melts right off the fat. Also came with nice decorative elements as the Naruto as i learned in the center of my dish. Absolutely stunning.

The toilet on the other hand can be described with a quote from one of my friends....
