East Ocean — Restaurant in Stockholm

This has been my go to place in the last 2 years as I live nearby.. the place is cozy and offers amazing food... The staff is also super friendly and always greets you very warmly . From an ambience perspective also , the restaurant offers you very good ambience and as it's kind of like a neighborhood restaurant, it has its regulars whom you find everyday evening , chatting and eating over drinks just adding on to its charms.

I have never found the place too crowded but it has its moving crowd and it gets a crowd during it's lunch time.

It's good and what you'd expect from standard asian food in Sweden.

I'd normally give 3 stars, however the extra was earned because of their Tom Yam Gung soup that was amazing. It's exactly as you get in Thailand, very delicious.

Dessvärre väldigt oimponerad av denna restaurang. Som en trött kinesiskt restaurang direkt från 80-talet.

Jag beställde "mycket stark" biffwok. Dränkt i fett, smaklöst kött, går inte ens att klassificera som stark överhuvudtaget. Skulle vara en thailändsk rätt men smakar som den mest generiska tråkiga kinesiska lunchbuffe du kan tänka dig. (Älskar vällagad kinesisk mat.) Tilläggas ska att det var beställt på kvällen a la carte.

Min fru beställde fyra smårätter och hade exakt samma upplevelse. Mindre ambition får man leta efter.

Tilläggas ska att hon i sin beställning bad dem att byta ut kött mot kyckling då hon inte kan äta kött. Det hade de inte gjort.
