Espresso House — Restaurant in Stockholm

I've tried to buy coffee late many times and there is always something not ok. More specifically: every espresso house has coconut milk available. I understand that this can go out of stock sometimes. In this specific store it's always out of stock and the waitresses make sure to show you that they don't like this type of orders (they look annoyed in front of your face then they gossip behind your back). During my last visit I wanted to order a late with syrup. The waitress working on the top floor she told me to go to the basement because they are out of syrup in their floor. I went downstairs and after waiting for 5-6 minutes a waitress appeared and she said that they syrup is only upstairs. I said I could take just a regular late no special milk or flavour and she said that they also make no coffee at the basement!! I went again upstairs and they decided “to do me a favour” and prepare a coffee for me. Meanwhile it turned out that there was already syrup on their station/floor. By the way they do have one of those small elevators to send/receive things from one floor to another so to me it seems they just wanted to avoid to work and they were sending me from one floor to another. The service is not polite and usually rude and unprofessional. The area in the coffee store, tables, chairs etc is usually very dirty. It feels like nobody cares.

Ive visited this Espresso House often but was super disappointed recently. Was in the downstairs section an went to get a Coffee and was told they were closed and to go upstairs. The servers were clearly just looking at social media on their phones and had called it early. I was about 25mins there before closing and was happy to take away. I have no idea why they changed the menu but every single food item I've ordered went into the trash. Nasty, nasty. Stick with the coffee.
