Gelato Scarfò — Restaurant in Stockholm

Loved visiting Gelato Scarfo in Stockholm! It's a proper Italian gelato parlour with authentic flavours and a great vibe. We tried the milk chocolate, pistachio, and vanilla , all incredibly creamy and full of flavour. You can really taste the quality ingredients.

A bonus for families- the tubs of gelato are closed, which we appreciated , feels much more hygienic and professional.

We were lucky to visit around 4 PM on a weekday, so there were no queues, but the staff mentioned it usually gets quite busy.

There’s also plenty of outdoor seating, so it’s a lovely spot to sit back and enjoy your gelato. Highly recommend if you're in Stockholm and craving...

Absolutely the best ice cream in Stockholm, Unfortunately not in an accessible location to everyone (near bromma, closest metro stop is stora mossen). They have real Italian gelato flavors, indeed the owner is Italian. They have choice also for lactose intolerant. The price of the ice-cream is good, a bit more expensive if you buy the 1/2 or 1kg box (price x kg is less convenient than a normal cup). There is often a queue and sitting place is only available during the summer outside. 500m from the store there is a mini beach and a park. Really worth the way...

For some inexplicable reason, I managed to delete the photo of my inexplicably delicious cup of gelato. Don't doubt though; @gelatoscarfo delivers at the absolute highest level. I warmly thank @limhamnsglassmejeri for the tip. Outside of Malmö and Limhamn, I have never enjoyed better gelato. My favorite of the day was basil, but almond, cardamom and salted caramel were a successful combination. Their blueberry is superior to any other berry gelato I've ever tried. The proportion of berries must have been sickly high and added sugar almost non-existent....
