Utter disappointment.
Had to wait for almost 20 mins to have our orders taken, then almost another 30 mins for the food.
The chef(s) clearly didn’t know how to cook steak. Ordered a medium (supposedly) dry-aged steak, and it came very well done, dry and chewy.
I normally don’t send food back to the kitchen and would still try to eat it if the food is still OK-ish, but for a price point of 325:- SEK and being the most expensive main dish in the menu, you would expect at least a decent steak. That was not the case. I emphasized that I ordered a medium steak, and the server took my plate back.
After another wait of 15 mins, the second steak came and it was also far from medium; it was even more over-cooked and dryer than the first steak. Unacceptable. At that time I had been waiting for more than an hour for the food and was hungry, so I had to eat it instead of waiting for another 15 mins with no guarantee that the third one would be cooked right.
If I was a chef in a bistro of this calibre and price point, I would’ve been deeply embarassed and ashamed of my incompetence in basic steak cooking. Perhaps it’s better to focus on the seafood and fish.
At least the place is pretty cozy as it is by the water, but would definitely not go back...

Sadly, what brings the grade down, is the serving staff; service was painfully slow. It's actually not a matter of staff having too much to handle, as our server was several times seen chatting with colleagues and not asking about our empty glasses; nor was there any acceptable explanation as to why we had to wait for 15 minutes between receiving dessert menus and being allowed to order. The place itself was nice, if one could get a table nearby the windows, preferably facing the sun; the view is soothing and lovely. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant is contemporary, scaled down, and good. No odours travelling through the facility, which accounts for a grand job by whomever was in charge of ventilations. Prices were fair. Still, the extremely slow service marks the entire experience of this restaurant down for me.

That’s already embarrassing for a restaurant in Stockholm in 2022 to have 1 vegan option and again it was a salad (so nothing special or complicated). The most embarrassing part however was that it took them 1.5h to prepare the 2 salads. After serving the salads I asked if those were vegan and the waitress confirmed that the salads were vegan. After my bf asked, if that was Parmesan on top, the waitress confirmed that it was regular Parmesan. So after waiting 1.5h for a freaking salad, they managed to mess up our order. After sending the salads back, they didn’t manage to prepare the new salads on time and we simply left.
