NB! Mainly a semla review!
The Semlor från Park came warmly recommended and they did not disappoint. I tried their regular semla which was very tasty with a tasty, fluffy wheat bun, homemade almond past and a good whipped cream (not too whipped, a bit more on the soft side but not fluid). Overall, I'd put this among top 10 semlor in Stockholm, but with a price maybe on the high side considering the location (this is not central Stockholm).
The café is small and cozy (was fully packed when I came buy on a Friday afternoon to buy some semlor on the go). I also tried their "Morning bulle" which was really tasty and would recommend but in my opinion, a bit overpriced (though all the cafés that serve this type of bun charge a...
Read moreI don't want to know how much butter I already ate indirectly from Park, but always worth it. You will not find much better pain au chocolat or croissants in France. I recommend to put the pain chocolat briefly in the fridge since it's usually too fluid inside.
Otherwise, of course amazing bread, no matter which one. Their bulle are really good, too. Still one of the best bakeries to me and always some new varieties and surprises when you go there since it's all made downstairs.
Lunch is quite decent as well and we'll presented, a bit overpriced and depending on the dish sometimes unfortunately also too little food, but luckily you have some really good bread...
Read moreI really like this bakery. Their breads are really good, especially the levain loaf. It's so fresh and has a nice crusty exterior and a really nice, springy crumb on the inside. It's not too sweet but still has that sweet bread flavor. I also like their chocolate croissants. The chocolate is just a bit too sweet for me, but it's still really good.
