Sushi Kawa Fruängen — Restaurant in Stockholm

I've been to many sushi restaurants in Stockholm (including the next closest sushi in Fruängen) and I am satisfied. I gave 5 out of 5 because I would recomend this place to others and I am happy with the quality for the price you pay. We took take away and the dish was pretty, which is nice during a romantic date. You receive a small sallad and misu soup. They ask you if you want coriander and chili in it. I tasted it, and next time I will say no for that extra. It was just to spicy and different with coriander and chili i misu soup. I also like that when you order a sushi more than two summon pieces then they cook it differently. I like that variation! The best about this sushi place is that the rice is not to sweet and you can take more than one bite on each piece. Other sushi in Stockholm tend to fall appart when you take a bite, which is not the case here. Good place with nice chefs. The presentation is always meticulous and very pretty. You get quite a lot of stuff on top of your sushi: it's usually decorated with raw veggies, different kinds of mayo, and basil (which is surprisingly delicious). The fish is great quality and the miso is nice.

Great sushi place in a clean and bright restaurant. The presentation of the food was meticulous and beautiful. I almost didn't want to eat it in fear of disturbing the creation on my plate.
