Torget — Restaurant in Stockholm

Came here for pizza to celebrate our anniversary and there was no disappointment! Service was amazingly friendly and the pizzas (and fries) were delicious, I had the Duccati which I highly recommend if you like chantarells! We also shared a dessert made of deep fried ice-cream with kola sauce, Nutella and cinnamon, absolutely amazing if you love sweets! We had to sit outside bcs of our dog, but that just gave us a great view of the sunset and night sky. This establishment is a cultural landmark at this point. They’ve been around forever, and consistently serve great food. The owners are always kind and make you feel welcomed, no matter if it’s been one year or 10 years since last you were there. I grew up coming here, and my mom and her significant other were there at least once or twice per week until she passed away. Their pizzas are excellent, and their daily specials are often classic Swedish dishes, made to perfection. Nice little local pub. Good ambiance, and good service. As food goes I've only tried the pizza so far, but it was very good.

I've started to pop in for a beer (or five) at any given occasion. The prices are decent, and I felt welcome from day one and onwards.

As with so many of my other reviews, this one is also based on expectations/value/athmosphere, etc... Would I selfishly change a detail or two if I could? Sure, but is that worth deducting a star? No!
