Umi & Chao — Restaurant in Stockholm

AVOID! WE GOT FOOD POISONING! I used to eat often at Umi & Chao. Lately i noticed a decay of the quality but i kept going. Last Friday 30-6-2023 me and my wife got food poisoning eating there. We ate there at lunch time and 2 hours later i got stomach pain and cold sweat. I spend Friday and Saturday with high fever and stomach pain. I got better on Sunday and thats when my wife started to vomit. We have a newborn and we were panicking. Fortunately his to young to eat solids and he was alright. Im not sure what caused the food poisoning but i can tell you that the green soy beens were half frozen and the kimchi was weird looking. Jag ville först köpa vegetarisk 12 bitars sushi men utan sjögräset som är inuti rullarna, förklarade tydligt att det inte gör något att det är sjögräs utanpå dom. Det gick inte, så då bestämde jag mig för att köpa 12 nigiri istället. Omelletsushin var inte stekt nog länge och det var wasabi utkletat på alla mina rullar även fast wasabin såg orörd ut bredvid. När jag kom hem var dom utan sjögräs runtom och kunde inte äta dom eftersom dom bara ramlade ihop. Förutom detta så fick jag rätt otrevligt bemötande och kassören valde att svara i telefon och knappa in en ny beställning medan jag väntade på att betala med kortet.
