ChopChop Asian Express — Restaurant in Täby kommun

This is typical low quality, fast 'food'. Very expensive for the portion size, and the portions are watered down variants of actual food.

I would be very surprised if anything of their menu was cooked fresh. We tried 6 dishes, and there was absolutely no continuity. Everything tasted way different from the amount of flavour to the texture (even the two sticky chickens had different texture and cuts of meat). The whole thing just shows you that they buy ready-done food and just reheat it, and sell it at a premium.

Their Thai curry is 100%, without a doubt, watered down Thai cubes (same chicken and everything). And instead of the 30kr for a portion will full flavour, you pay 95kr for a watered down version (It tasted about 50:50). You can see that them watering down the dish has caused it to split, and the oil just sits on top (after resting, the top 1/3 was just oil sitting on top - super disgusting).

Their sweet chilli sauce, is also watered down to about a 60:40 ratio.

Please save your money. Go to a smaller, more authentic business so that real Asian food can...

I have had consistently good results at this ChopChop; the food is always quick and fresh cooked. I have not had concerns with old food served. The establishment is generally well cleaned, but busier times can lead to more rubbish as people seem to have not learned to pick up after themselves. From personal observation it seems take away is lighter portion than the eat in option, but either way it is very filling.

Seafood is well kept and decent quality, the teriyaki salmon always delivers. The sushi is top notch every time we order, especially the tempura rolls. Well seasoned and fresh tasting. I honestly have nothing to complain about except getting fat.

Moving outside of westernized wok fast food Chinese the poke bowls and pad thai bowls are top notch and usually comparable to more expensive...

The quality and hygiene at this Chop Chop used to be good. Visited mutiple times this year and noticed that the quality of the service and cooking are getting worse and the tables and chairs are not clean anymore.

During our latest visit, the fried rice, Hot basil chicken and springrolls were cold. The quantity of vegetables for our extra order of greens were half the size of what we normally received.

Tables were sticky with sauce stains and chairs had crumbs. We had to do some cleaning ourselves before starting our meal.

When we tried to get some spoons, we were told that everything was in the wash.
