Men URSÄKTA MIG, men att ta 10kr extra för kaffe under lunch borde bli ett hatbrott. Hur i hela friden får man för sig att det är rimligt? I Sverige dessutom, där en kaffe efter lunchen inte bara är rutin, det är en del av vår kultur! Kom inte här med ”ja men för dom extra pengarna kan vi leverera bättre service och finare lokaler.” Struntprat. Servicen va sub parr som bäst. En tolvårig sommarpraktikant som frågar ”kvitto på det” är inte bra service. Det är bare minimum.

Skärpning. Kaffe efter lunch är gratis. Dena skiten förstörde hela upplevelsen.

Summering - bättre service, bröd på salladsbuffen och gratis kaffe och kanske kaka = wow,...
