Fun place! Been wanting to come here for a while and used the opportunity of first-meal-out after having kids to come here with the stroller

The atmosphere in this place is super unique and quirky and brings a fun vibe to the whole place

There is a set of train tracks in the middle of the restaurant which did make it a bit hard to fit a stroller in. We did also see at least 3 people trip on it during our time here. But the design and idea is nice

The whole concept of breakfast all day, from all over the world, is also very fun. Very happy to not just be another cafe with the same thing as every other place

The fact that they serve beer and wine feels unexpected but also a great addition. Didn’t have any on this visit but wine and trying a new breakfast from the world sounds like a great idea!

About two weeks ago I spent more than five hours at Café Jorden är blå som en apelsin. It is a very sweet place. It has a strong poetic ambience. It’s walls could tell you bitter but hopeful stories. You see tables made of old manual sewing machines. Music, tone, colors, design, art, food are all in harmony. They are nicely created and presented. You hear various melodies, songs in different languages but all of them connected. If you are in Uppsala, you have a friend you like to spend time with, and you want to meet in a Café. Terrific place , offering hearthy breakfast meals inspired by countries across the world. The place has plenty of vegan or vegetarian options and or meals, as well as a wide array of warm and cold beverages. The atmosphere is cozy and quite peculiar, definitely an artful place. The food is incredibly fresh and well balanced in taste; the luster of each ingredient unify to create a well-thought sensation. The dessert was pretty good too ! A nice finish to a good meal.
