Really disappointing experience. I’ve visited this location several times, and it’s often the same situation: just one staff member working flat out while the store is busy. It’s clear that more than one person is needed to handle the workload, especially during peak times. The working conditions for the staff are clearly unfair and yet, despite being stretched thin, the colleague on duty often remains polite and professional. They deserve real credit for that. It is inside the mall, right by the entrance, so the atmosphere is quite busy. My biggest issue however is that I ordered the vegan blueberry pie with vegan cream, but received the vanilla sauce, which is not vegan. Since I never ate that before I didn't know if it was just weird vegan cream or whatever. And since i have lactose intolerans this was pretty bad. Our coffees were a little later than the cake and when I picked them up I heard the staff talking about that they accidentally gave us the vanilla sauce and if they should tell me, but...

Whoever the late afternoon Thursday staff are, have a word with them, they seem to be more concerned with talking to their friends who come visit than actually serving customers.
