Sono stato diverse volte al Ristorante Napule ad Arbon e ogni volta è un vero viaggio nei sapori autentici della cucina napoletana. L'atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei dettagli, si respira la vera ospitalità partenopea fin dal primo momento. La pizza è semplicemente straordinaria: impasto soffice, fragrante e ingredienti di qualità superiore. Si sente che usano prodotti freschi e genuini, dalla mozzarella di bufala ai pomodorini dolci. Ho provato anche alcuni piatti di pasta e secondi di mare... tutto cucinato alla perfezione! La frittura all'italiana è leggera e croccante, assolutamente consigliata. Il personale è gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e disponibile a spiegare ogni piatto con passione. Il servizio è rapido e attento, senza mai essere invadente. Un angolo di Napoli sul Lago di Costanza! Consigliatissimo a chi cerca un’autentica esperienza gastronomica italiana ad Arbon. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Wir haben um 11.30 Uhr auf 3 Pizzas für 12.00 Uhr bestellt und es wurde uns gesagt, dass dies okay ist. Um 12.20 Uhr erstes Mal angerufen um nachzufragen. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass der Kurier unterwegs ist und max. noch 5 Minuten braucht. Um 12.45 Uhr nochmals angerufen und wieder auf 5 Minuten vertröstet. Um 13.05 Uhr wollten wir die Bestellung annullieren, da hiess es, dass die Lieferung in 2 Minuten da sein wird, was schlussendlich auch stimmte. CHF 8.00 "Rabatt" wurde uns immerhin gegeben. Aber eigentlich sollte man einfach ehrlich sein und sagen, dass die Bestellung vergessen ging oder was auch immer sonst das Problem war. Zudem kamen die Pizzas etwas komisch daher (siehe Bild). Weiss nicht, ob allenfalls der Teig ausging? Werden mittags nun auf Alternativen ausweichen.

The best! Great service, so nice, friendly and helpful staff. And the food is fingerlicking good. Pizza, pasta, seafood all is amazing! So fresh and perfectly cooked. Really authentic italian food!

I can't say enough about this amazing Italian restaurant! Our group of three travellers visited I Cugini twice during our stay in Arbon. The owner, who is from Calabria, immediately welcomed us with enormous joy and positivity. This attitude translated directly into the food.

Between our two visits, we had lasagna bolognese, a seafood pasta, steak, saltimbocca with risotto, a platter of cured meats, beef tartar, bruschetta, olives, cheese, arancini, artichoke, and a focaccia. Oh my goodness the focaccia!

I'm not kidding when I say this food was life changing. If you want one of the best meals of your life in a warm environment with a fantastic host, be sure to stop...

I was only a visitor in town for a few days, but this place was so good my friends and I went back a second night. The food was wonderful, but even better than the food was the wonderful service and staff. Everyone made us feel welcome, and they were helpful and generous with their time. The focaccia is spectacular. The lasagna is delicious. This food is good food, superb food of the highest quality. The owner, the chef, and the rest of the folks make this a great place to be with...
