We ordered rösti with vegetables & cheese and a glass of wine on the side. The wine came quite fast. For the rösti we had to wait for 30 minutes. When it arrived the rösti was really hot, which was nice. It was probably made in local style because the vegetables and potatoes were cut in big pieces. Usually rösti are grated potatoes. Because of the size the potatoes were raw. We told the waitress about it and she took it back. No excuse was given. 30 minutes later we got our new rösti. This time the potatoes were cooked, the cauliflower was still kind of raw. The rösti itself was tasteless they could have added some herbs in the dish, instead of unnecessary garnish on top.
We finished the dish and left after paying with cash. No cards are accepted, not mentioned anywhere. We asked the waitress because we saw everybody paying with cash. For the cash we needed to go to an ATM. Which one of us did while waiting for the second rösti.

I rarely get upset, but this time most definitely: asking for me to leave something behind as safety or one of us staying behind while I go to get this tiny amount - I...

The potatoes were cut in really big pieces and were uncooked. So we had to ask to re-do. The second time it was cooked but soaked in oil. I would not come...
