I arrived at this basic "hotel" on a Friday evening. The entrance is confusing so I was grateful that a nice lady came out and showed me. She also showed me where to park my car and got me an extra pillow that was needed for the night. The room was cold but I closed the window. After a beer and a good night sleep and a lovely shower (bathroom is quite small) I was ready for the new day.||Unfortunately on the Saturday morning, I was unfortunate enough to come in contact with the coldest and unfriendliest owners of a hotel/b&b that I have ever met (only the owner of a b&b in Doolin Ireland was colder). There was no good morning as I walked by the male owner. It was the man who recommended that since I could not eat in his restaurant due to a local event happening (thank God in the circumstances I did not) he recommended the nearby infamous Restaurant Pouletburg (look at the reviews to find out what I mean) No self-respecting hotel owner would do this to their guests. ||He asked me what I wanted to drink and when I wanted a refill, he looked at me as if I had 2 heads when I said that I would like more coffee. His wife was equally as cold not even saying hello when she was in the breakfast room. Thankfully, it was the lady who met me the previous night who did the bill and said goodbye. However all the good words of the previous night were gone. I was very happy to have left this "hotel".||Breakfast was terrible with little on display. I was only lucky that others were either finished or were not hungry. After walking around I could not find the swimming pool. Maybe they closed it. Another reason not to visit this place. Surely there is better...
