Ambiente und Service sind in Ordnung. Beim Essen fällt doch die eine oder andere Zutat auf, welche aus der Packung kommt und nicht selbst gemacht wird, das trotz ordentlicher Preise.

Kleine Tipps, womit der fade Beigeschmack nachlassen würde: Mayonnaise, Kartoffelstock und Bratensauce selber zubereiten und nicht Produkte aus der Flasche oder Tüte verwenden. Das kann ich auch zu Hause haben. Pommes bei richtiger Temperatur frittieren, dann werden sie nicht ölig und labrig. Nonplusultra wäre zwei Mal frittieren, wie es die Belgier machen. Brot aufschneiden, kurz bevor es der Gast bekommt. Dann trocknet es nicht aus.
