El Pescador - The Fish Market — Restaurant in Baar

Was recommended this a few weeks ago and finally went this weekend. Just loved the food, ambiance and service! The fish is of great quality; from the fish & chips (served w malt vinegar: hello London flashback), to the delicious ceviche made in their own style and the pulpo/octopus - great products cooked in a tasty way. ++ points for being one of the few restaurants that I see clean EVERYTHING with anti bacterial after the guests leave: the table, chairs, salt, pepper and sign left...

I used to go every single Saturday to buy fish as they had a great variety and fish you are not able to find in Migros/Coop. However, the type of fish has worsened in the last months and I do not find the same fish I used to buy, especially since the Italian guy left.
