McDonald’s — Restaurant in Baar

I ordered a smoothie and coffee (which usually is very good at McDonald's - no matter where you go globally),.. as she was preparing the thing I already thought this might have been a very bad decision... Not only that is was more ice than fruits but all incredients have been frozen (obviously?!).. It was more a mixture of crushed ice and frozen fruits than a smoothie... Not drinkable at all.. however after tasting it I got serious issues with my stomach... The pain was so intense that I could not move my body for 30 seconds.. this was the first time in 20 years I left all I ordered on the table and left the restaurant... Lessons learned, if you order anything else than burgers or ☕ go somewhere else! To be fair,.. burgers and all other dishes I ordered there over the last years have always been fine and on time. Personell is very friendly etc. So all in all a good place but please do not order smothie p.s: I don't know why the ice cream appears in...

I recently visited a McDonald’s restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. They forget my order they don’t give me my meal !!!! I order something else they give me something else and I go to Kasse to ask where is my things !!!! One of the staff members spoke to me in a very rude manner, which made my visit quite unpleasant.i really don’t know why you hire someone who can’t speak English and who can’t work but in work they talk so much together and they forget give to customers after 20 min food !!!!!I believe that customer service is crucial, and I hope this issue can be addressed to ensure better service in the future. Recently the service was really let down. A few weeks ago I got a couple cheesburgers and with some of them they forgot the meat (it literally was a CHEESE burger). Today I ordered a few things including a big mac which I paid for and it wasn't in the bag. Unfortunately I never keep receipts and going back isn't worth it. From now on I might need to start checking the bags and burgers before leaving the drive through. Looking forward to see the old quality come back to this location, I had a 5 star review...
