MOTEL: NOT recommended. 1 Only hotel/motel that couldn't find a solution for a "late" check in ( midnight! Otherwise you just have to look for another place ). We managed to check in when they wanted but they made us wait 15 minutes just to do a check in. 2 The staff is very rude. 3 Disgusting place and they absolutely don't care about it. Everything broken and dirty and there are a lot of spiders and spider webs everywhere. Rusty lamps and door frames. 4 Terrible isolation. 5 When I told them there were many spiders they just said that it's "the countryside", but I've never seen an hotel with so many insects and spiders and webs, that's not "countryside", it's just "we don't care about hygiene, cleanliness and comfort at all". 6 On top of that, the motel is not even cheap.

Nice place, little out of zurich in a country setting. They have a small 10 room motel as well. Food is “American” oriented. The spare ribs are decent but they should provide extra barbeque sauce in a litle side dish. They had some kind of home made sauce which was a very subjective choice/flavor (which apparently they stopped serving as a standard issue with the ribs). They have a nice amiamce, buckets with cutlery and napkins on the table as well as two different hotsauces. Ketchup and mayo on request at no extra cost (not self evident in europe). I oersonally did not like their burger, it was not impressive to me because the meat of the patty was very compact/compressed and the presentation was a little bit underwhelming. Great TeX Mex restaurant, wide selection of dishes with very good quality , cool furniture and style. The only downside it's that it's extremely noisy. On a Saturday evening with full house you have a hard time to understand each other. Too bad. When I go to a restaurant it's not only for the food, but also to enjoy company. Not being able to talk to each other in a normal manner is a no go for me. I recommend nevertheless this restaurant to all people who don't care. And on a weekday the noise might be...
