BIGJOE — Restaurant in Brugg

Extremely delicious burgers. The meat is cooked to perfection. We haven’t had a burger meat prepared so well in some time now. The sauce was also delicious and the cheese as well. The bun was fresh.

The fries were a bit average. They seemed to had been store bough, but they were seasoned. So were still ok.

The waitress was kind, but did stare at us the whole time we ate. Which was a rather strange and uncomfortable experience.

The ambience was not that relaxed, mostly because the waitress stood behind the counter cross handed.

The price was very fair for the good food they serve.

We will definitely come here again. Just because the burgers...

We were greeted by a very nice lady that put us immediately at ease. We had our drinks in 5 mins, our appetiser in 10 mins and the main course came fast as well. The food was great and more than enough. We even had panna cotta for dessert and it was amazing. The only thing I could say "negatively" is the car and train noises next to the outdoor ares but it doesn't bother that much. Thank you so much...

Vorfreude und gespannt auf das neu eröffnete Steakhouse in Brugg zumal die Homepage einen guten Eindruck vorgibt. Das Restaurant wurde dem Essensangebot entsprechend neu eingerichtet ... Lädt aber nach meinen Geschmack nicht zum verweilen ein ."Eat and go" Vorspeise grüner Salat mit angepriesener Sauce des Hauses ist ok . Ich verstehe unter Salatsauce des Hauses aber eine selbstgemachte Sauce und nicht eine ich tippe mal auf Knorr oder Thommy Fertigsauce. Ich entschied mich für 200g Black Angus Rindsfilet. Garstufe ok wurde mir aber nicht warm serviert, Kräuterbutter hat sich bereits in ein Sauceli verdünnisiert. Die Beilagen Bratkartoffel leider viel zu fettig und dadurch zu pampig. Ich bin gerne bereit für ein "gutes Stück Fleisch" den Preis zu bezahlen. Dieser ist im Big Joe ja nicht ohne.! Aber Preis Leistung stimmt nicht überein mit dem erhaltenen. Das Personal erscheint mir unkoordiniert und unprofessionell
