one word: AWESOME! the owner is very friendly, the staff too. cozy place, big public parking across the street.

But the best thing is of course the food! We had a 200g steak and a 200g Jäger-cordon bleu. The latter features 200g of meat, plus all the rest inside and out! so it totals about 380g. it's huge! but damn, sooooo tasty! we'll be back for sure. ...... May 2023, update: We came back. We went for a veal 200g steak and a cordon bleu again. My boyfriend's cb was nice apparently, but I was so disappointed in mine that I no longer want to return any time soon. At first, it was so overcooked that it was tough and leathery. For the first time in... ever?.. I returned the food to the kitchen. The next plate came with a steak that was burned on the outside and raw on the inside. Very disappointing, I ended up returning that, too, and eating just the salad around it. Das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet, kein Industriefood oder vorbereitete Standards aus Grossküchen welches man immer häufiger antrifft. Meine Wahl fiel auf das Kalbs Gordonbleu welches ich immer gerne als Vergleich heranziehe um später auch mal andere Gerichte zu verspeisen. Das Gordonbleu wurde frisch zubereitet und schmeckte gut. Es hatte reichlich Käse drin, nicht nur symbolisch ein Hauch davon. Es hätte einen Bärenhunger stillen können und ich hatte Teddybärenhunger. Ich war satt und trotzdem überkam mich nicht ein unangenehmes Föllegefühl. Es passte und dieses Restaurant würde ich jederzeit meinen Freunden weiter empfehlen. Das Ambiente ist speziell original Vintage, einfach urchig und gemütlich, schön gibt es noch nicht überrenovierte Originale wie dieses Restaurant.
