Le Moderne — Restaurant in Bulle

The restaurant is quite attractive and features a variety of foods from classic swiss fare to steak tartare and poki bowls. We found the steak tartare to be excellent, although we would have liked an option to request the addition of garlic and more cayenne pepper. The salmon poki was a disappointment. To say it upfront: it's a bar, so the floor is sticky, but we enjoyed a quiet evening on a Saturday. The service was quick, professional and nice. The food was elegantly dressed and tasted quite good. Their impressive wall of drinks gives a feeling of a high class bar, however the rest is furnished in a classic style. Because of the high ceiling, the room felt a bit empty but that's just nitpicking...

Nice bar with nice food and cocktails. Nice music and vibes. It’s in the center Of Bulle so super accessible and parking near by. However, service it’s just … NOT GOOD. They don’t want to work, they make you feel that you are bordering them by just being there and it’s a shame. Example; In 3 hours time, only ordered 1 drink because they just didn’t came to ask if we wanted...
