I love the food and that’s about it. My family and I have been returning customers for years but unfortunately it doesn’t seem to make much of a difference. I made a reservation for 3 people and specifically asked to be seated in the back room. The room in the front, where the main entrance is, gets very cold because of the incessant traffic of people walking in and leaving the restaurant. The entrance door is not isolated with curtains and the cold air gets in all the way. The person who took the reservation greeted us when we arrived and showed us the table in the front. I told him that I had insisted to be seated in the other room when I called earlier. He did acknowledge and remembered but told us that all the tables were occupied, and since I was voicing my disappointment, he said that he never actually confirmed anything about my request. WRONG! He did say “duly noted” on the phone which is in every sense a confirmation. They must have just taken a reservation for a larger group of people (which was very loud!) after mine, and decided that we were not priority. We should have left right there and then but since we wanted to make my 82 years old mom happy, we stayed and sucked it up! I will only order to go from now on! He did not charge us for 1 dessert, which was a nice gesture but not sufficient for me wanting to eat there again. The general atmosphere is a bit cheap, dusty and furniture is rundown. Chairs are uncomfortable. Food, I’ll say it again to end, this extremely long review, on a good note,...

We went on a weekday for early dinner, so did not bother to book, and could even seat outside, in the nice courtyard. We ordered several dishes to share: spring rolls, fish cakes, red curry and pad thai. Food was delicious and tasted authentic! We gulped everything down with a couple of Singhas. Service was polite...
