Le 7ième — Restaurant in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne

Near the train station at Cheseaux-au-Lausanne. Airy Mediterranean atmosphere in July. Food is imaginative and hearty. I had a Caesar salad with chunks of fried chicken and a light and creamy Caesar dressing. Filling portion, and the other salads looked good too. My son enjoyed the Vitello Tonneli, cold sliced veal with a creamy tuna sauce and salad with fries. Service was prompt and friendly. Pricey...

What a shame ,I was going to eat something, but the welcome was not there , no good morning what so ever , then I sit at the bar, same thing , that was after a while that somebody said good morning and asked what I want ,,, even if the waiters are busy , they can always say a simple word .4 stars...

J'ai beaucoup aimé cette première expérience. Une rencontre où le lieu n'importait pas mais qui s'est révélé être intéressant. Un peu bruyant dans le bistrot, mais c'est une chose normale pour un bistrot ! Sièges et tables bien agencées, pas trop densément, passage correct, même si un fauteuil roulant aurait de la peine à y faire son chemin. La carte est intéressante à plus d'un titre. Jeune de quelques mois, elle va sûrement changer, mais chacun ou presque devrait y trouver de quoi satisfaire son envie du moment. Peu de végX par contre. Une armoire à rassir avec de belles pièces, à un prix en accord, de bonnes bières à la pression et des vins pour tous, que demander de plus ? La côte de bœuf rassie fut servie sur plat chauffé, comme les assiettes ; un bon point. Cuisson bleu-chaud ; encore un ! Je testerai le restaurant la prochaine fois, car nous...
